Our 90 year old Mother entered hospice after suffering a debilitating fall that fractured her pelvis and efforts to stabilize and improve her condition at Kaiser Hospital were unsuccessful. Concierge’s in-home care services were recommended to us by Kaiser and a number of other referring parties. We are so very pleased that we chose Concierge.

From our first meeting with you, we could clearly see that your company and services were different. We were impressed with your caring concern for our mother’s needs, for truly wanting to understand her condition and for your personal involvement in her home care and support decisions. Your staff and in-home care providers were simply exceptional. Their care, concern and kind support was comforting to our mother and the entire family. The Concierge care team, including yourself and the care providers, made our mom’s final days comfortable, dignified and pain free. We cannot express how grateful we are for this extraordinary gift.

I am so grateful I found Christine and Concierge Senior Care. I needed round the clock care starting the very next day for my mother who was coming home from the hospital into hospice care. Christine quickly mobilized a team of caregivers and my mom loved every one of them. Christine regularly came by to ensure we were taken care of and to check in with her caregivers. She made herself available to us at all times and checked in with me regularly.  I also appreciated that Christine, an RN herself, worked closely with the hospice RN in guiding care for my mother.
